If your parcel hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, get in touch and I’ll help track it or resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Many of my products are custom-made, so returns for personalised items are handled carefully.
Please contact me within 14 days if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- The wrong item is received
- There is a mistake with the customisation
- The product is faulty
Photos are extremely helpful and allow me to resolve the issue quickly.
For custom-made items that are correct but you simply change your mind, returns are usually not possible due to the personalised nature of the product. However, I always aim to be fair and helpful, so feel free to message me.
Non-custom products (if offered) may be returned in unused condition within 14 days, and return postage may be the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

I take pride in the quality of every sign. All items include a 30-day workmanship guarantee, which covers:

- Issues affecting durability or visibility
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by:
- Incorrect installation
- Accidental damage after delivery
- Extreme weather conditions
- Normal long-term wear and tear
